Founded in 1961, Ada Valley Gourmet Foods is a family owned business that produces a complete line of raw meats, fully cooked meats and portion controlled meats.

From our array of products we have developed fully cooked  Beef, Pork and Turkey Breast items that are Low Sodium & Gluten Free by US Government standards.   

All of our LS & GF products are below 140 mgs. of sodium per 3 oz. serving meeting the USDA standards for Low Sodium requirements.

Our most popular product is our beef pot roast, it has only 80 mgs. of sodium per 3 ounce serving.

Our products target the broad health care market and enjoy a National Marketing Program with SYSCO corporate.
